Important: The payment cardholder must be part of the traveling group and present a valid ID at the time of the tour. Guests who qualify for discounts (e.g., students, seniors) must present a valid photo ID upon request.
Optional excursions and additional services are available at an extra cost.
Visits to wildlife parks are at the client’s own risk.
Safari jeeps are basic and include only standard insurance coverage (not comprehensive).
We strongly recommend all guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover:
Cancellations or delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., bad weather, strikes, natural disasters)
Medical expenses
Loss of baggage or personal belongings
Capital Lanka Tours and its partner operators shall not be held liable for any unforeseen incidents. Any insurance claims must be handled directly with your insurance provider.
In the event a site, attraction, or activity on your itinerary is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters), Capital Lanka Tours will:
Notify you as soon as possible
Offer a suitable alternative or reschedule
Provide a refund where applicable, at the company’s discretion
This agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably:
The matter will first be submitted to mediation
If unresolved, it will proceed to binding arbitration
Exclusive jurisdiction will be with the Sri Lankan courts
